Acrilex® A.M. Yarn (Anti-Microbial) Cellulose, Poly Blend w/Antimicrobial embedded fiber)

Acrilex® A.M. is our premiere Acrilex® blend, this product is better because it contains our anti-microbial embedded into the fiber (made with the TRICLOSAN ® agent). Therefore making the mopyarn anti-microbial for the lifetime of the mop.

Acrilex® A.M. inhibits the growth of the bacteria by making the surface of the mopyarn uninhabitable for the bacteria. This will slowdown the decomposing process of the mop (ex. bad odors and discoloration / blackening), therfore extending the lifetime of the mop and giving it an overall better apearance after usage.

A lot of hospitals and restaurants worry about cross contamination from one room to the next, by using our Acrilex® A.M. mopyarn, it will give you a healthy alternative, as well as having different colors for the different areas (great for color coding situations).

Never the less, if our clients' need a more economical option for an anti-microbial mopyarn, there is another alternative. We have the ability of applying a topical application versus embedding / extruded it into the fiber. Doing this will decrease the overal cost, but by doing so, will shorten the lifetime of the anti-microbial agent and these properties in the mopyarn.
